Annotations
It’s always an F major chord in the Post-Chorus, but the vocal/guitar melody goes to A♭ in the fourth measure. The underlying bass/guitar riff has neither A nor A♭, and other instruments will often play neither major nor minor, but if they do, it’s always F major.
The ending is notated approximately, Leland Sklar does not play exact quintuplets. The last two chords are just fermatas with everyone playing a big ending.
