This is one of the rarer occurrences of Mike Porcaro slapping. So much so that he forgets to do it at least once, in m. 103 – it is debatable whether mm. 20 & 56 were intentional.
There may be a few more sixteenth notes – such as in the intro, bridge, and choruses – throughout those parts. These are almost ghost notes, difficult to hear and to determine whether they come from the bass or drums or something else. I’ve only notated the more obvious ones.
